Frequently Asked Questions
When you select your party package of choice, click ‘book this’. You will then have the opportunity to fill in more details about your party requirements. Next, you make payment via your preferred method. Please note this is only a deposit of £30 to secure your date. We’ll contact you within 48 hours to discuss all the details of your package and confirm the booking. The remaining payment must then be made 2 days before your party commences.
They’re welcome to join and sit at the side! Unfortunately, some people may not feel confident enough to dance, or sometimes people are slightly worse for weather after prior celebrations. Either way, as long as the amount of people in your party matches what we confirmed in your booking, we don’t mind if they join in or not (but we may tactfully encourage them to join in)!
Don’t worry about your numbers being finalized until 2 days before the party. As long as we receive your deposit, numbers can be added or subtracted at a later date. (We only ask that you pay for a minimum of 10 guests- if there are less than 10 who attend, this is fine by us, however you will have to pay more per person. For example, for a Silver Package our minimum fee is £210, and the usual cost for you is £21 per head, but you have just 8 people attend and they will pay £26.25 per head instead).
Unless you specify different requests on your enquiry form, or when we call to discuss details, we will as standard include a bottle of Prosecco and a small pamper pack for hens, Prosecco and a hangover cure pack for stags, and Prosecco and novelty birthday gifts for a birthday party. For a baby shower there would be an alcohol free alternative and some self care treats for the mum to be. If there is something specific you’d like us to surprise your VIP with, we can arrange that, but it must be of similar value to what we would normally provide.
